At ALEF, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We warrant to the original purchaser (“you”) that all ALEF products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for their applicable warranty period, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Warranty Conditions
To qualify for warranty coverage, the following conditions must be met:

The product must have been purchased from an authorised ALEF dealer.

You must provide proof of purchase (including purchase date).

The product must be returned to ALEF for evaluation.

The product must have been used only as intended and in accordance with the care instructions.
If a defect arises during normal use and within the warranty period, ALEF will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product or part.
Please note, the warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by third-party modifications, unauthorised repairs, or use of non-genuine parts.

Attempts to modify or repair the product (e.g., cutting, bending, sewing, gluing, or deconstruction).
Such actions will void the warranty.
Warranty Period

For limited edition or discontinued products, ALEF will attempt to provide a replacement if available.

If the exact product is unavailable, an equivalent model will be offered based on availability.

As our designs and products evolve, repaired or replaced items may differ slightly from the original.
ALEF Warranty Disclaimer
This warranty is the only express warranty provided by ALEF.

Any implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this express warranty. (Note: Some jurisdictions do not allow such limitations, so these restrictions may not apply to you.)

ALEF is not liable under any circumstances (including breach of warranty, contract, negligence, tort, or strict liability) for incidental or consequential damages. (Note: Some jurisdictions do not allow such exclusions, so they may not apply to you.)
This warranty provides you with specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights depending on your location.
