Return Eligibility

 

You may return any eligible item within 30 days of receiving your order if:

• The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

• All tags, packaging, and inserts are intact

• The item is not a final sale, custom order, or gift card

Not Eligible for Return

• Used or washed items

• Final sale or custom products

• Gift cards

We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet the above conditions.

How to Request a Return

 

1. Email support@alef.fit with your order number and reason for return.

2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

3. Items must be shipped back within 3–6 days of return approval.

Return Shipping Costs

 

• UAE Returns: You may use your own courier or request a prepaid label from us (label cost will be deducted from your refund).

• GCC / International Returns: We currently do not accept returns from outside the UAE.

Refunds

 

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

• If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 30 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

 

• Within UAE: Free exchanges are available. Simply return your item, and we will ship the replacement at no additional cost.

• Outside UAE: Exchanges are not available for GCC or international orders.
